Looking good!

If you have problems with kinking, you might want to slide that fan mount back a bit and put the PTFE tube in the slot.

Cool bottle and nice assembly.

If you build it they will come. Then they will make fun of it, tell you it's not worth doing and go home and try to copy you.
If a picture is worth a thousand words then being there is worth a thousand pictures.

(2) Stock Makerbot Z18s, Filastruder w/Melt Filter, Filawinder, Autodesk Inventor Design Suite 2014 .........so far.

I'm sorry I haven't understood which is the slot to put the PTFE tube.
Can you send a picture.

I don't have a 2.0 model but I believe the PTFE tube would go in the T shaped slot in front of the fan where the filament touches the wood case.

Thank you Rev, may be that an aluminium one could be better?

PTFE is used because it is lower friction than aluminum, so the filament slides over it more easily.
