Topic: Brand New Davinci Junior Won't Extrude

I just got my first 3D printer, the XYZ Davinci Junior 1.0. I've followed the instructors very carefully, took care unpacking, read the manual front to back, and watched videos online before even touching the thing. It seems to work fine, until I need to load the filament. It says "loading" on the display panel, but nothing ever comes out. I've tried reloading the filament several times, turning the printer off and on, and adjusting the Z axis (from 155 to 145). Nothing seems to be working. I'm using the filament it came with...

Any suggestions?

EDIT: Just to be clear, this is just initial setup. I haven't even printed anything yet, so I doubt it's clogged.
