Topic: nothing happening

Just opened and attempted to print a sample, but it seems to be working however the nozzle just moves and scrapes the plate, no plastic.

Your z height is not set right.  The z axis is starting to low. You will need to adjust it so its about .2 mm above.

Same thing happened to me. Mark is right. Follow the instructions to see to about "4 sheets of paper" height.
