Topic: Feedrate issue for Printerboard

I watched Ian's You Tube on calibrating the feed rate but my Printrboard does not seem to take the changes.

I saved the changed Config.H, compiled it, set the board into Boot mode, uploaded the .hex, restarted everything and it still extrudes the same incorrect amount of filament.

Any ideas?

In RH look under seetings and see if the EERPOM editor will open and has data in it? If it does then you need to make the change there if it is listed. Otherwise go into the firmware and find the section under config.h for the eeprom data and make sure save to eeprom is set for not used. Then upload and power cycle the printer so it loads the new firmware setting. The next time you upload it should save the settings.

Once the save to eerpom setting is activated all the supported settings in the eeprom override the settings in the firmware.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!
