Topic: Looking for someone to dial in my SD3, adjust, fix loose extruder.
Howdy, dammit! Hi guys, this is good ole Kent in Kansas City.
I bought my SD3 when they first came out, two + years ago. It worked well and I did a few mods to it, upgraded to the E3D, mirror, doors all around, etc. Nothing major, and it all did pretty good except the print quality seemed rougher than it could be. I never got around to adjusting all the axes (Axis'?).
I am getting old and forgetful and it is over a year since I quit using the machine. I've been sending my drawings to Sculpteo for printing (excellent company and print quality, BTW).
But, I want my SD3 running again and, frankly, I don't remember everything I knew about it nor do I have a burning desire to reorient myself sufficiently to do it, if I can find a hot shot wiling to tune it up for a reasonable fee. I tried contacting SD but I guess they are circling the drain.
So, who here has the smarts and time to bring my printer up to date? If you do, send me a PM.
Thanks.
