Topic: Can someone post a picture of their stock SD4 spool holder?

I bought a used SD4 and it was missing the stock spool holder.  It looks like it would actually have been a pretty nice one so I'm wondering if someone can take a picture of theirs so I can try and make a copy of it.  I might use sketchup, openscad, or just cut it out of wood.  I have a basic idea of how it works but want to make sure I'm not missing anything.  Thanks!

and it's actually pretty terrible. feed from the top, not the back for more reliable printing.

Heartless offered to send me his.  Eventually, I want to mount dual bowden extruders on the back to feed a cyclops, and it looks like if I turn the spools the other way, it may be able to feed them the way I am envisioning.

But if I decide to stick to single direct extruder, I will probably make another that feeds from above like I did for my SD2:

hehe, yup, I am a "her" . thanks carl big_smile

I actually have 2 sets of the brackets lying around, so parting with one set is no biggie. I went with an overhead spool setup on bearings for both of my SD4s. it allowed me to turn the machines facing outward they way they should be on my narrow counter - with the rear mounted spool holder in place I had to turn them sideways... made seeing & getting inside a bit of a pain...
