I use this one on both of my SD4s: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:195266/#instructions - easy to print, easy to assemble - and I already had the bearings on hand (very common Traxxas RC car bearings) I did use some 5/32" brass tubing I had in place of the 4 mm carbon fiber rod specified - works fine.

I've looked at that one, but I can't figure out how it's keeping even pressure on the sides.
Another model used springs to create tension, is this one just a exact fit?

Re: X axis is shifting and correcting again.

it is pretty much an exact fit kind of thing. it needs to fit snugly between the frame sides, but not so snug as to bind up

Re: X axis is shifting and correcting again.

I finally found the problem... And I feel stupid for overlooking it.

The problems was the cable protector(On the X axis cables) was riding the heatbed and tilting it, and then letting go again making the heatbed realign.

So I used some zip ties and some fishing line.
Now the problem is fixed.
