Topic: Underextrusion--Stumped
Hello, first time posting.
I'm currently using the stock 1.1.J firmware on my Davinci 1.0 with resetter and only printed with ABS.
Usually i'm able to find any problems i have on this forum, but this new problem happened and i'm just stuck. and i think i've tried everything.
One day i switched filaments and now i am definitely getting underextrusion.
The first thing i did was use the atomic pull method to attempt to get any gunk out, but it seemed clean.
I took apart the extruder, heated/soaked in acetone all that good stuff and made sure my nozzle was clear.
I was still getting under extrusion. I've tried using different filament spools, i've reinstalled the firmware, i even checked my stepper motors and the problem is still there.
My biggest confusion is that when i load filament, it extrudes nice and thick and looks perfectly normal. the problem seems to happen only during printing. how could this happen when i decide to change filament?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
