Topic: extruder won't heat up when printing (not connector)

Hello everyone,
while i was printing a small object on my daVinci 1.0A  F/W 1.0.3,   the extruder suddenly stopped heating and i heard the clicking sound of the extruder who wasn't able to pull the filament out.  I have already got rid and replaced the connector.
The odd thing is that when i try to clean the nozzle or load/ unload filament the extruder heats up normally but when i send a print job to the printer even the samples (demo,key chain etc) temperature stays at 35-36 deg.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi again, i found the solution to my problem! Accidentally while i was resetting the filament i had set the temperature at 240 deg and for some reason (i cannot understand) this caused the 0011 error.  When i lowered the temperature at the filament re-setter everything came back to normal.

The firmware has a high limit of 235 as anything over that can damage the extruder. So any time the temp goes over 235 you get the over temp error and the heater is lockef out.
