Hello everyone,
while i was printing a small object on my daVinci 1.0A F/W 1.0.3, the extruder suddenly stopped heating and i heard the clicking sound of the extruder who wasn't able to pull the filament out. I have already got rid and replaced the connector.
The odd thing is that when i try to clean the nozzle or load/ unload filament the extruder heats up normally but when i send a print job to the printer even the samples (demo, key chain etc) temperature stays at 35-36 deg.

Any help will be much appreciated.
