Topic: Yet another Fan duct for Lawsy carriage

Here is my version of a fan duct for the lawsy carriage. I was upset since almost every carriage fan used up valuable print space. Since my fan sits below & behind the E3D hot end I have zero space lost to cooling and it puts out plenty of air for every job I've had so far.

SD3, early 2013. Silicon 200W 8x8 heater bed, lawsy carriage on 8 mm hardened chrome shafts, E3D V6 and lawsy MK5 extruder, ATX 350 W PSU, Custom build plywood enclosure, azteeg x5 mini smothie firmware, with vikki 2 screen, fishing line conversion and pulley conversion, M5 Z rod. Calling it Gran'ma, going strong ! <3

Nice work. It's a bit hard to tell from the photo, but that might be blowing on your heatblock a little too much. If that's the case, you can angle it down a bit more. Too much air on the heatblock will mess with your temperatures any time it kicks in.

there is a small wall that keeps the air off the heater block temp is dead on. but now I have a new problem looks like my board isn't heating the bed looks like a board problem I guess it's time to upgrade (Dreads the idea). I'll be posting for suggestions but I really want a simple upgrade, I may even settle for a board swap from SD.
