Topic: The printer is working, but the model is not printed.

Hello! Please help. New printer XYZ Da Vinci after printing 4 models no longer print. Prints "emptiness." I unload and load filament the menu. All right. The extruder outlet trim the thread.

Hello!

Did I understand correctly that:

- when the filament is loaded, a little bit comes flowing out of the nozzle?
- the extruder is hot and moves around the service?

If this is true, you might wanna check your cartridge. Sometimes the filament is jammed inside the cartridge. The printer won't get any filament then, but thinks he is getting it.

Just pull some filament out of the cartridge and print another model, keep checking the cartridge and the filament that it goes into the printer and is passing true!
