You seem to be pushing the temperatures up. I now use 80 for the bed temperature routinely. I use glass with hair spray. I think that something else may be wrong, something you're not seeing yet. Bed leveling and position (how close the extruder is to the bed on the first layer) may be an issue. Also, I always extrude the first level at 25% of the normal speed.
Keep playing with it: you'll get it after a while!
