hello gents, thanks for all your answers, I've followed the steps noted recalibrate and printed the cube (0.48 instead of 0.42 for the wall for the extrusion width, however something very strange happened:
one wall (in the back= was 0.49 mm, the one in the front was 0.43, the one on the right was0.47 and the one in the left (where the loops were closed and started) was 0.48 but has this awful overlap issue:
but the other walls are nice:
it's strange cause on that overlap segment slic3r decided to do double wall, or more precisely, pass 2 ties for that segment of the square (every layer)
I've run some more tests on the printer and it seems like every time one of those marks appeared is because the printer changed direction, let's say, it finished a loop and then increases one layer in Z and then goes back over the same line it was coming (in the opposite direction of course)... kind of like the u turn to start the next layer..
Also, in the cubes, that problem started reducing as I increased the "DEFAULT_XYJERK" parameter, which was initially in 20 mm/sec, then for some other calibrations i reduced it to 10, and did not notice this effect immediately... increased back to 20 and still had some of that awful effect (not as much) and then run a couple of more test untill reached 25 mm/sec to get this behavior:
if i go higher the crazy overlap appears again...
