Hello, I found another post with this problem, so I decided to ask.
While updating the firmware of my printer XYZPrinting duo, there was a power surge in my region and the printer turned off after re-power the printer does not turn on and two bars appear on the printer display, after reading some materials saw that you can do not turn off during the upgrade.
Now the big question, is no fix this problem?
How should I proceed?

one of 2 thing's have to happen now try to reinstall the upgrade or go to repetier .92
what is repetier .92?
it is the "jail break" of the davinci.
If you don't want to do that you may need to contact xyz on help on trying to reapply your firmware.
Basically repetier 9.2 is a open source firmware and the repeteier host is the printing program

I had to ship mine back to them ...but im under warranty.
It probably was not a power surge, the XYZ software froze mid upgrade and bricked the printer.
