I have used Cura on my miniMaker and the defaults seem to work well, that is pick a new generic printer with your printers dimensions.  The only changes I made were to add the nozzle wipe back in at startup, and to set the fillament back to 1.7 mm rather than the default of 3.0mm.  On top of that I found that I had to raise my z-offset up to get the first layer height correct.

I have the Da Vinci Jr. 1.0 Pro printer and I'm totally satisfied with it. I am trying now to print using Cura or Simplify3D (cracked) slicers, but I have no profiles for this machine. Can someone share his profile and settings? And also I have a Rpi 3B+ with Octoprint on it, but it can not detect the printer. Software: XYZware Pro and 1.0.9 firmware. What baudrate should I use? Or what should I do?

The Octprint will not work on the Da Vinci as it does not use a standard USB protocol.

As for the profile you would be better off setting everything based on your machine.

Another profile will get you in the ballpark but each machine is unique and it might be better to start of fresh then trying to tweak another profile to work for you.
