			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>first off let me say i think it would be good practise for mods to PM people as to why they are closing threads as frankly its offensive not to do so.</p><p>I wished to create a thread so that people who bought this press under the advertised standard of &quot;plug and play&quot; who were not satisfied with there printer could know where they stood legally about receiving full refunds.</p><p>if someone could explain why this is so offensive that they feel the need to closse down any discussion of this matter that would be great.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>another thing to keep in mind is that once you go down the route of trying to fix the printer in legal terms you have lost any chance of getting a refund as you have &quot;modded&quot; the printer.&quot; Which is why for a lot of people full refunds are going to be the only resolution.</p><p>my personal opinion is that this needs to be a period of tough love with Solidoodle. If the user community continuous to try and clear up there messes were not going to be doing SD any favours as a business to learn to better manage themselves.</p>]]></content>

I believed their marketing, auto leveling, auto z adjust, soliprint software looked great. All 3 are faulty, I can fix the first 2 but the software is out of my hands. Without their buggy soliprint software this printer is next to worthless. Z adjust and bed leveling are controlled by the software, may be able to adjust z height but no way to manually level the bed, a 3d printer with an unlevel bed it worthless. <br />Sold as a plug and play unit, it most deffinetly is not. As for refunds, I just listed mine on eBay. I Don&#039;t want anything todo with&nbsp; solidoodle.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>were going above the press price points but ive seen a real surge in the quality that is being produced out of the box with the right software. I cant be specific but i know from where i work just how important good software is on the quality of the prints. </p><p>i cant help but feel that there is a lot of customer blaming on this issue. if you were just a layperson browsing theverge and thought &quot; oh wow plug n play 3d printing&quot; you would be buying the product on the basis of the information that the company provides. </p><p>The purpose of this thread is for those users i just described . I will probably try and fix the issues i see and i already realise that im gonna have to redo the cable management and check the extruder over thoroughly. I am able to do this because i personally have that capabilty. Those i described do not. </p><p>For those people i think they 100% deserve a full refund</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Have you seen prints on a stock XYZ? They don&#039;t even compare to the good stock prints I&#039;ve seen on a press. Not only that, XYZ has so many problems! Way more than we&#039;ve seen with the press.</p><p>Apples and oranges. There is an opportunity for this to not sink SD, but they&#039;re going to have to effectively manage the problems users are facing, which really, are incredibly minor compared to the issues of many other machines in the market.</p>]]></content>
