After replacing the hot end assembly, the problem persisted, implying the problem is not with the thermistor or its placement on the extruder hot end.
The temperature reading immediately before the problem occurs is nowhere close to the minimum temperature. I have tried all the connections back to the board with no luck. I have attached a pic the log of the last print that shows the temps leading up to the error.
I'm stumped. The only clue is that the temp reading seems to fluctuate outside the norm on longer movements on the y-axis. The printer fully completed a smaller print (1.5"x 1.5") but quickly failed while building the raft on a larger print (4.5"x 4.5").
If anyone has any ideas, I would sure appreciate it.
