Hey guys,

My Da Vinci is coming in the mail tomorrow, I thought it would be cool to post pics of our best prints with the 1.0 for feedback and quality questions in stuff.

looks pretty good enginerd! I just got mine unpacked and currently printing the star vase. Looks ok so far...

Do the gears on that phone case actually turn? I thought about trying to print something like that with moving parts, but I didn't think it would come out right.

Awesome! I have to try some of those now. I just wasn't sure how it would handle leaving the required gap between layers so that would work.

did you print these straight out of the box?

using which firmware?

they look great

my da vinci is out for delivery as i type. CAN'T WAIT!

Yes, just unpacked at started printing. I am using version 1.1.F and XYZ Mac software version 1.0.5

yes i did but just now getting to unboxing it. sad

i did it at the lowest settings possible to see how it ran, took 19 minutes.

1.1.F/1.0.1.25 - Windows 7

you need to print 4 of them, they go in the four corners of the print chamber, it just prevents extra filament from going into the holes that's all. at the lowest settings is only takes 1m(roughly) pure cap.

We need more printable upgrades for the da vinci.. I know there's not Mach that could be done, but I'm sure we could come up with more stuff like that one

just printed this tonight, took 4 hours, running 1.1.G using xyzware 1.1.29.4. It looks great big_smile
