I know there are some problems with the concept but it's a new approach so I always give credit for that.  Could solve some issues.

When I saw the video the first thing I thought was "That's cool, but it's not underwater yet"

well that would take care of cooling the print. LOL

You could get different density fluids too to have cooling at various parts of the print, specifically around bridging and overhangs.
