Now I'm using an E3D V6 Extruder 24V DC with 0.4mm and 0.2mm Noozle.
Also a new larger glas plate (Depth: 150mm x Width: 240mm)
And 4 x TMC2100 Driver Chip

Why did you increase the size of the glass bed. I do not see any info on changing out the y axis hardware.
Nice software you wrote. Why not just use the benchy jr stl and a standard slicer (slic3r, cura ( they have mac versions?))
Jr. hardware actual print size is about 180mm X 170mm X 160mm, but the size of glass bed and stock firmware limit it to 150mm X 150mm X 150 mm. After conversion, this limitation is gone.
This post is actually the idea conversion I can think of, only thing I can think of to improve is the DuPont pin can be sit in multi-pin house instead use single pin housing. I think the dupont pin housing can be 3D printed with 0.2mm nozzle and with enhanced thickness to increase the strength of the housing.
I would not recommend to convert .3w file to gcode, slice with cura or Slic3r gives better print quality. Also switch between .3w generated file and 3rd party generate file may cause inconsistent extrusion and you will have to adjust your flow rate constantly.

Some print models are a bit larger than 150x150mm and with the new firmware its easy to change the possible print size. Im using all slicers (Original XYZPrinting, Slicer and Cura). But the fastest and easiest (for me) is the XYZPrinting with my Converter. It just works. The other Slicers are ok, and needed for special printings.

Sometimes, but sometimes not. I have no problems with the flow rates. I never changed them.
My biggest problem was the Filament-Holder. That broke pretty fast. So I've made my own contruction with Blender 3D 
And now it can carry big Filament-Spools.
I found out that the feeder is the reason for the clog issues.
The feeder spring is to strong.
If you are using soft filament, then the metal feeder wheels squeeze the filament (while extreme retraction), so that the filament in the hotend is not round enough and will be clog.
I thought it was the temperature, fan, or bad filement, but no, its the feeder wheels + spring :-)
You can test it: remove the whole filament, then take a short part (50 cm) and let it flow through the feeder, then pull it back. When it is no longer smooth and round, then the feeder spring is to hard.
I've used a screwdriver to reduce the spring strength, and its working perfect, also with soft filament.
What would be the difference of doing this compared to converting it to RAMPS? This looks like a much easier method.
There is not a lot of difference between converting to a MKS 4 or ramps.
Ramps is a smaller taller foot print with two seperate boards. the MKS is a single board unit.
ramps uses dupont conectors
MKS uses jst xhp connectors.
Either uses plug in driver cards
I have kits that i built one uses ramps onre use mks. no difference in loading firmware.
Just make sure you select the corect board in arduino.
This looks like a much easier method.

You will have three layer of boards stack on top of each other for RAMPS board while only one layer board for MKS. You will have to print a case for the RAMPS board or find another place to mount it.
Other benefit for MKS board includes easy support of touch screen and wifi, you can get MKS board + touch screen combo for less than $40 on aliexpress but I have not see similar good deal for touch screen support for RAMPS board.
Keep in mind that MKS board is JST 2.54 but Jr. use JST 2.0, therefore you still need to make cable for MKS board.

You are the only one who has mentioned a touch screen which is not needed. The original used in this thread as you can see is not a touch screen. I was listing a comparative version of what was posted by the builder for well under your stated $40.
Most printers don't have touch screen as it is not necessary as very little is done at the printers screen other than watching the pretty graphics. If you are needing to make adjustments then your issues are in your calibrations and such.
The only thing I use my screen for is to load the file from the SDcard and then I cover it with tape to keep the light from waking me up.

I mentioned touch screen and wifi only to compare the difference between MKS and RAMPS in context of Jr. conversion. I do agree touch screen is not necessary. It is however easier to use and fits better to original console. 12864 full graphic LCD included in your link however is too tall and will not fit original console as OP showed. Either use MKS mini 12864 full graphic LCD, or 2004 LCD as OP chooses, or a touch screen which is more expensive but save the trouble to modify the push button layout.
I was planning on having the display out of the case as I don't want to take apart that nain display so should I go ramps or mks? I want whatever is the cheapest and easier. Thanks
MKS board kits usually cost about $15 more than RAMPS board kits.
If you don't mind put RAMPS board and LCD out of the case, go RAMPS direction. There is nice box you can print to house and protect RAMPS board and LCD with cooling fan. Disadvantage with this plan is you need lots of long cable for endstop and step motor depend on where you want to mount the box. Good cable making and management is important, otherwise you end up with unstable system. Most of cable disconnection will likely lead to printer stop or reboot.
If you want to keep main board inside, MKS is better choice, there will only LCD cable and SD card reader cable came out of the printer case, and even if any of these two cable gets disconnected (which is unlikely due to the solid plug and relative strong cable), printer will keep running just fine.
Thank you! Are both boards the same difficulty to set up? The MKS board looks easier but I don't really know. I would like to go the ramps route.
The difficulty to setup is similar, difference are most the RAMPS board need to assemble the Arduino board and RAMPS board involve alignment of lots of pins, if any of the pins are bent due to quality issue or shipping issue, it can take some time to make the connection stable. Other than that, RAMPS board use DuPont pins and MKS board use JST 2.54 connectors (OP use DuPont pins on MKS, it should work but may not be very stable).

iirc the biggest difference is thee mks is 32 bit processor and the ramps is 8.
check the reprap electronics wiki to verify this.
My MKS is from reputable Chinese sources on aliexpress, it is 8 bit processor MEGA2560.

OK so the MKS gen 1.4 is a 8 bit board the mks sbase 1.3 is a 32 bit board. Sorry for the confusion

That kind of says it all .But i do not think all of any group are bad . But enough to expect questionable results. I prefer at least shipped from usa. Or better yet made in usa if i can aford it.

I will buy direct from china on small items that are not often used. if it is a really good deal.But then i only gamble what i am willing to lose. usually a ten or $20 item .

Alibaba and ali-express are different platform, I do not buy from Alibaba, it is b2b platform and have no much customer service or customer protection.
ali-express is more like amazon, it is b2c platform and offer buyer protection and keep track of seller reputation. You can dispute in ali-express if not happy with seller's response, I have so far no need to dispute because seller with good reputation all address my issue in satisfactory manner and try very hard to stop me from initiate a dispute. So far my only complaint for aliexpress is slow shipping. 2-3 weeks is very common. I would buy from amazon for parts needed in timely manner.

True, Alibaba do owns Aliexpress and many school and college, bank, and AI chip company in China, but customer protection on Alibaba b2b platform is very little, individual customer usually don't get good experience on the b2b platform. Also the product introduction and documentation related to the product is also minimal on Alibaba. In short, individual customer get much better shopping experience in Aliexpress than Alibaba.
