Re: Welcome to ATLAS 3D & FreeLSS

Yes, the ribbon was loose. I don't recall having the USB network configuration steps. I have the wireless instructions though. I'll check when I get home.

jwmustanggt,

The camera and Pi lights were not coming on before but are now?
Have you tried attaching an HDMI adapter and USB keyboard/mouse to the Pi and then rebooting?
What messages are you seeing when trying to connect to the Pi using the USB network configuration steps from the instructions?

Uriah

I have an hdmi cable but I just have a laptop.

Re: Welcome to ATLAS 3D & FreeLSS

Hi franlit,

You should have received connection instructions with the scanner.  If not, you can retrieve them from the Instructions thread linked below.  The connection information begins on page 5 of the Kit Enclosure Instructions link.

I really need your help ! What to do ?

Re: Welcome to ATLAS 3D & FreeLSS

Franlit,

If you have 3D printed the enclosure, please ensure that the plastic is not interfering with the HDMI cable plugging all the way in.  You can test this by removing the Pi from the printed case, attaching an HDMI monitor, and then powering it on.  If you still do not get a video signal then it's likely something wrong with the Micro SD card.  Please try to image a new SD card with the instructions here https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentati … windows.md  and using the ATLAS 3D base image here https://s3.amazonaws.com/atlas3d/2015-05-01-atlas3d.zip  Let me know how it goes.

Re: Welcome to ATLAS 3D & FreeLSS

Hi Franlit,

You can log into the command prompt with a username of "pi" and a password of "raspberry", and then configure your WiFi with the instructions in the "Advanced" section of the instructions document.  After that, you can update the software to the latest version and use a USB stick to get your IP address in the future.

Re: Welcome to ATLAS 3D & FreeLSS

Please post a picture of the STL file showing what is wrong with it.  Also, please do not post your serial number publicly.  Your serial number has been revoked and new one has been emailed to you.
