Topic: Slic3r rafts too small

So, I am trying to print a model, and its rather small. about 22X22X30 or so.  I laid it on its back so its printing 30 on the x, 22 on the y and 22 on the Z, because that's just how these models seem to print better.  The problem is Slic3r doesn't seem to be making the raft large enough, the print comes loose from the bed.  I have tried almost everything.  Kapton tape, Kapton tape with glue, Painters tape, Painters tape with glue, and all 4 of those variations with a bed temperature at 95 and 105 degrees.  Is there a way to tell slic3r "Make the raft the entire size of the print please?"

What is the gap between your nozzle and your bed? You should just barely be able to get a single sheet of paper through it. The autocal does not set the height properly. Follow the process below and see if you get better results. I never use a raft and you should not need to either if you have the height set right. Oh and I always use just plain Kapton or blue painters tape. No glue or anything else.

Yes, I actually thought of that, and brought the bed up.  Still no good.  These prints are quite small, and only a small portion touches the bed with the slic3r settings.  Thats why I am convinced if I tell slic3r to use a raft for the whole thing, it will solve the issue.  I print stuff like this all the time and have had no problems.  Its just this print for some reason.

Thought I would add the file I am printing, so it can be looked at.
