all what in one?
Solidoodle 2 with Deluxe kit cover & glass bed with heater. and 2nd board SD2 used not 3rd and alum platform not installed yet still wood. also need cooling fan installed to board. use Repetier Host couple vers. Slic3r also have all free ware STL programs

To the best of my knowledge, there is no 3D printer that can make milkshakes, making milkshakes is a potential function, therefore I would hypothesize that there is no printer that has "all functions". 
If you're serious, please be more specific... What functions specifically do you want?
Also: do you know what a 3D printer does?

I think this is more about getting the post count up high enough to post a link having something to do with 2D printers. The email address strongly suggests that.
