When you calibrated your print height you need to let a print start then turn off the power leaving the bed at the height it is move the head around by hand and adjust the bed using the adjusters. From what I see in your gcode you have a 15mm offset on your Z at start. The offset supposed to be at a value that get the head to be about .5mm from the bed and then you fine tune using the calibration.

On my SOLIDOODLE 3, if I choose more than 195°C, the printer failed. Then It is a problem for me to find good ABS able to work at this maximum temp.
