I also have additional trouble: my stepper motor has 3mm arm and the threaded rod is 5mm... so it's hard to find the right flexible coupler. I'm waiting for this and I hope it's good

Unfortunately it takes a month to arrive in Italy. Too much time:( on Monday couplers I bought from Amazon will arrive.

In the meantime, I replaced my 10mm nut with a 30mm one and threaded rod seams to has less vibration, but it isn't still perfectly aligned with the stepper motor arm, especially at the bottom where I can notice more threaded rod wobbles.

It seems like the stepper motor is not in the right position... but I can't move it because the screws are in a fixed position.

Some advice?
