I've been 2 days without being able to print cause this issue, now i'm printing since yesterday with no mayor issues.
I was looking crazy what can be happening, i completely dismounted the extruder and the noozle header, clean everything up very very good. But it didn't work.
After hours of meesing up i realize 2 things, if i choose the option load filament in the printer i observed that the filament flows correctly, without the guide been pushed out by the extruder. But once the noozle is on the bed, the problem begins.
At this point i realized that all can be cause by a wrong z-axis configuration causing the noozle being too close to the bed and causing a lower flow of filament, that translate on the guider being poped out from the extruder. I went to z-axis config and it was set to 1.75, i change it to 1.95/2.05. With that change i was able to print without a problem (doing my last hint on each print). I recommend you to find the better z-ax for your printer.
But... if you hit load filament and the filament doesn't flow correctly or even none existing flow, then you must unmount the noozle header, probably there's a little piece of filament blocking the noozle too up to get correctly hot causing a block on the filament path. This also happened to me this morning.
Also my last hint, i've done this too, is to extract the guide from the extruder and raise it's diameter a bit with something like a screwdriver, be careful to not raise it too much (you can deform the tooths inside the guider conector). And at the begining of each print you will see that the guide will come up a bit from the extruder, this happened to me in every print. If i leave that rise without pulling down the guide again for next print, then guide will pop out again. So every time i start a job now i push the guide to the extruder before begin.
I wish this can help you,
