Topic: Flexible/special filaments

Hey guys
i feel i have mastered Abs and i feel pretty good about Pla. I've also printed with wood and it turned out fine. I will also soon try some copper-fill soon. (its coming in the mail)

But meanwhile i'm trying to print with some flexible stuff and i'm running into the classic issue of it jamming because its bending right after the idler. I've tried printing several accessories to help it but none seemed successful. (its a pretty tight space)

Would any of you be up to the challenge of making something or does anyone have any suggestions?

Mind sharing your settings for wood and PLA? I haven't had much luck with those two.

A lot of people put small pieces of teflon tubing between the gear and the hot end. If I had some, that is what I would try.
