Has anyone else had trouble getting responses from the solidoodle contact request page. My wife ordered a solidoodle 4 back in December and I guess its still in production. She has sent emails to them but she's not getting any responses. How long does it normally take to get a printer shipped out?
I ordered my workbench in September 2014 and received it last Friday (1/21/15).
The good: I received it.
The bad: I had ordered a different printer from another company and received it the same day. SD only notified me that it was shipping AFTER I bought a replacement. So now I am stuck with 2 printers. The workbench seems to be a great printer, but I am going to either return it or sell it.

That's a big difference from 4 weeks as the web site advertises Satman
