Topic: For Sale: Solidoodle 2

I have had this printer for about 6 months now. I purchased it to learn how 3d printing works. In the hopes of upgrading to a better printer down the road. Looking back the Solidoodle 2 was probably not the best purchase I could have made as a first printer.
Everything on the printer functions however recently I have had countless issues with filament jamming. I no longer have the time nor the energy to sink into this printer.
I did various upgrades to the printer including

Replaced all stock carriages
Replaced stock power supply with xbox 360 PSU
Added the wiring for Extruder fan
Replaced extruder assembly (The original started to crack. I suspect the 3D printed replacement is the cause of the jams however I have had it print several large prints with the replacement.)

Since I have been having issues I'm selling this printer AS-IS. I will be including all the spare parts that have come off the printer as well as a few spare carriages that I printed. I will also include the acrylic bed and extruder assembly.
I am looking to get $300 OBO PM me if interested I will entertain offers

Did you buy it new?

SD3, E3D hotend,linear bearing on x/y axis',pillow block bearing on y conneting rod, ball bearngs on front y axis, fan on y stepper motor.

if you used PLA thats likely why the jams/clogs

Solidoodle 2 with Deluxe kit cover & glass bed with heater. and 2nd board SD2 used not 3rd and alum platform not installed yet still wood. also need cooling fan installed to board. use Repetier Host couple vers. Slic3r also have all free ware STL programs
