Topic: What board is it?

old board, new board, j37 board, 1.0, 1.0A

Its about time to identify the boards and name them.

ie
Machine --------  board  -------  details

DaVinci 1.0 -----  0.1  --------   Jumper, vacuum tubes

DaVinci 1.0 -----   67.2 -------  single IC, phasor, Cerebral interface

DaVinci 3.0 -----    3.6  -------  J37 jumper, smell scanner

??????

Yea ???????   ?

SD3, E3D hotend,linear bearing on x/y axis',pillow block bearing on y conneting rod, ball bearngs on front y axis, fan on y stepper motor.

Not sure what you are asking as there are at least 4 different flavors of the Da Vinci 1.0 at the minimum.

Mine is like the second generation as it has the original board with the large SD Card but it does not have the header for the erase jumper. The original had the large SD Card and the erase jumper header installed.

So to sum them up for DA Vinci 1.0

First Gen = Large SDC and Erase jumper header installed.
Second Gen = Large SDC and Erase jumper header not installed.
Third Gen= New board, Small SDC in middle of board, no Erase jumper installed.
Fourth Gen= New board, Small SDC in middle of board, no Erase jumper installed, and newer firmware.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!

Yours would be a first gen board. Although it could have a later firmware in it if you let the machine update it.
