Topic: Y axis doesn't move

Hello everyone!

I have problem with my 3D printer(Dual Extruder). When I move Y axis by using Move Axis in printer menu, it doesn't move. When I turn the machine off and move Y axis by hand, it move but it seems to be stiff.
Do you have any idea to solve the problem?
