You need a fan do to do those overhangs well. It looks like you don't have one. Also slow down the perimeters. Extra perimeters will help as well. Finally, you can increase the nozzle diameter to something like .37. Really, the fan is the first step. The angles you can accomplish with the overhang are really impressive when you get there.
Hmm. I thought this is the same g-code as I used before I made those upgrades/replacements, but maybe not. Here's before the mods:
EDIT: I did have a case on this time, and did not before. Maybe that's the difference.

Here's a cube, post-mods:

I wouldn't use the same gcode, because the temperature is going to be different with the new hotend. I would expect that to make it run too cool however, which wouldn't drop loops as much. I don't know how much effect it has, but the new heater block is probably radiating more heat down onto the print than the stock nozzle did, so a fan would be even more necessary. Slowing the minimum layer time too much might hurt if it means the nozzle is hovering longer.
Good thoughts.
Side note - holy smokes Repetier is 100x better than Prointerface. I thought Prointerface was fine for my purposes, but finally made the jump. So glad I did.
Here is my duck :
This was after leveling bed and extruder feed length. Shouldnt be any big problems with overhangs on the model.
printed in ABS at 195.
For me it looks like you are extruding way to much plastic.
Rondavouz,
Is that print with or without the fan mod?
Without

Is that print with or without the fan mod?
don't forget to set print from inner perimeter to outer (in pronterface, loop -> perimeter - > infill ) .. it help a lot for overhang
