daVinci 1.0 print bed - $50 (out of stock)

daVinci 2.0 dual extruder - $120
daVinci 2.0 print bed - $60
daVinci 2.0 power supply - $60
(all the 2.0 components are currently listed as 'out of stock' )

The heat bed seems actually reasonable priced considering you seem to get the entire top part of the build platform, including the heat bed, glass, thermistor and plastic frame. A properly cut and edges polished piece of annealed glass runs around $20 already.
