Topic: Cant downgrade from 1.2.3

Windows 7,  did Jumper J1 Ran Phils nothing,  Then ran         bossac -p COM5 -R -e -w -v -b 3DP01_FW_V1.1.J.bin

        Got the message below

Erase flash
Write 229168 bytes to flash
[====================================] 100%
Verify 229168 bytes of flash
[====================================] 100%
Verify successful
Set boot flash true
CPU reset.

At this point Arduino never finds Com port and it disappears from device manager. Rebooted, reinstalled everything multilple times still the same result.
Davinci goes from 2 bars across to blinking on and off after flash and not recognized?
