Printing gearboxes with xyzware

All,

I've not used my printer for a while and didn't have time tonight to mess around with cura and convert the gcode and therefore decided to print out a gearbox.

I have tried in the past without success and this time was no different the internal planetary gears keep fusing. I know that cura is probably the solution but has anyone managed to get the planetary gearbox yo print out using the xyzware software?
