The glue that sticks the fiberglass mat to the bottom of the aluminum plate?

It's not glue, it's double face tape. 

I used carpet mounting tape and it works great it seems to survive the high temperatures of the heater just fine.

To print or, 3D print, that is the question...

Wish I knew that 7 months ago...mine looks like Hulk Hogan's bed head at this point tongue

I dont know where to find such a tape in Russia.
Maybe I just dont know how its called locally. There are two sided tapes but they are very thick.
