Replicator G - support not ok

I have recently started printing with Replicator G and I just noticed that there is part of the support missing.
It builds support under pieces that stick out over the base, but it's not building support on anything on the base. I have added a photo to explain things a bit better.

Before using Replicator G, I only printed with Makerware. When printing with this, the model would be filled with support that it built on itself, to support the upper tentacles.

Does anyone know what kind of setting this is in Replicator G?
