Topic: solidoodle 3 wont connect

Ive tried installing the software and driver but the thing still wont connect. I am using 64 bit windows 7. even when i do the whole "update driver" deal. Doesnt work. I get code 10 and other things. Its like the driver wont work. they should really send the software on a cd when you buy one of these.

When you plug the printer into the USB port, do you get any message at all indicating it has found new hardware, etc.?

I ended up unistalling tghe driver, unplugging the usb and re doing it all then plugging the usb back in. It worked this time so Im supeer thrilled. thank you
