Topic: New to 3D Printing

I have done 3d cad and have a couple small table top cncs. So wanted to get into this world for a while. Just picked up a abused SD2. Had to fix one of the pulleys mounted to the front of the frame. Just decided to upgrade to the E3D hotend. It has the old motherboard. Using Repetier Host ver85. Havent got this thing totally working yet.
The last owner I think wanted to get into this but severely abused it.  I would like to know if there any other users near me.
