Topic: First prints with PLA!

I'm about to just start printing pancakes, PLA smells really good.  This is right after switching from ABS and after a quick single wall test.  I luckily got this spool in the mail today from makergeeks.com.  My green and black ABS both ran out, well I should say the rest of it is unusable because of how tight it was wound around the spool.  The rest just breaks in my extruder hmm

Anywho, I filled this cylinder up with water after taking pictures just to make sure it's water tight.

Here's a logo I modeled last night, a friend wanted a Barretta keychain and couldn't find one anywhere.

Could actually use this as a vase, it's been holding water for 48 hours now. I think it comes out great using the spiral vase feature in slic3r.
