I have two half sleeves (working on a suit) and some spots on the human body, no matter your pain threshold, you will twinge. When you have the knuckle of the shoulder tattooed...even if it is slightly just from breathing heavily, you will experience this. Oh...and try getting the brink of your armpit tatted!
Those are such tender spots, I do not trust even the most state of the art machine to do.
While I found this a fascinating, why have the T-1000 or R2D2 permanently doodle on you when you could have Geiger or Da Vinci do your work?
