Topic: Houston Area - Newb

I realize I've been lurking here for some time now with no intro!

My name is Sam, just got SD2 Pro. Already printing lots of cool things and starting to design my own. I have a background in Autocad and Microstaion. I've been a CAD programmer for 20 years and currently run a team of developers making C# web apps for an engineering company here in Houston.

I plan on using my machine to aid in my cosplay efforts. I like to make super accurate movie and videogame costumes and have been doing that for years now in the traditional cut, sew, sculpt, mold, fabricate by any means kind of way. Welcome to our humble replicated community Sam. That is impressive stuff on your site there.Good luck on the sd2pro I too got one and do change that oem plastic to the MK5 you will never look back! See you on the forums...
