Topic: new SD@ arrived today

Got my SD2 in today.Hooked it up and all went well until I found RH .90 had a serial baud problem and I reloaded vs .85 which runs just fine at 115200 on com 3. It printed the 10mm cube within .13 on all sides.Not bad out of the box.Printed the horse as well as dial back for the depth gauge.Next comes the mk5 so I can check the level there on z.Well time to be getting back at it......

Baud rate should be 250000. Maybe that was the problem.

The new SD's are not locked in to 250000 baud like the old ones, The printrboard can accept data at just about any baud rate.

Well welcome aboard, glad to hear you had some out of the box prints, I was able to do the same and it really gave me the confidence to dig in and fine tune.
