be patient... the STL work with Kisslicer but didn't work well with Slic3r...
i try to change the geometry to corrected the problem... but each time, i need to do a print test.. and it's another 4 to 5 hours to wait...

I had a thought while I was reading that post... Have you ever considered cutting your model in netfabb, or a similar program, so that you only have to print the part that you altered? Like...if you altered the neck, maybe you could start the print from the waist instead of from the feet. Thus saving time and plastic.
Anyway, I'm sure you have thought about my suggestion already...but just in case.
You're work is awesome. And once you get this one done I will definitely be making a donation for it.

yep... the problem is around the fingers and the face... i work on.. i workon... i want to be sure that anyone with a decent calibrated printer can print it ...

ok.. i need a beta test for the upper part of the model...
it need to be printed at 0.2mm layer at full scale.
the tricky part are the hands , and there is an integrated support (remove after printing) for the base of the chin

Slicing now. Using Slic3r 0.9.9-dev, .2mm layers, 2 perimeters, and 15% infill. I will post the results when it finishes printing.

Done printing! The fingers came out very nicely. The left arm had some sagging near the elbow, but it's not really noticeable. Overall, the model turned out well! (ignoring my z-axis backlash, my well nut doesn't seem to help much any more) The support for the head was very easy to remove from the chest, but took a bit of force on the lower chin side.

It was the .35mm, but it may be a little wider than that due to being poked with a wire to dislodge clogs. I used slicing settings of .35mm.

OK... happy halloween... lets, try the full exclusive beta 2 version as a gift for the forum
i don't have the time to test it or to reduce the polycount. so the final full stl is a big 64 Mo models..
i will do a better model in the near futur..
it's a 3 parts .RAR file ... you will need Winrar or 7Zip to uncompress the file.. (put the 3 parts in the same folder then just extract the firt part, the 2 other will follow...)
