Topic: Panucatt orders - Azteg x3

has anyone else had trouble receiving anything from panucatt.
I I ordered an Azteeg X3  (with all components) and a heat bead on 8/30/2013
I was told in an e-mail that the heatbeds had failed and were rejected
I have since asked if he could give me a estimated ship date and he has not returned my e-mail.
this reminds me of Solidoodle when they were ramping up.

does anyone have the Panucatt Phone number

I ordered a steeper driver that was 'in stock' and paid for expedited shipping.  It took them more than a week to put it in the mail because they were waiting for the heatsink to come in.

Then it took two more weeks to get to my house (OR) because it went from CA to LA to HI to OR.  Though the Hawaiian vacation seemed to be the USPS' fault and not theirs.

Email responses typically took days throughout the transaction.
