Topic: Day 2- Little Defiant

Day 2 of a SD2

Just to see what it would do I with supports, I printed a 3 inch Defiant [Space Ship from Star Trek Deep space Nine]. The Top came out good but I had to cut away so many supports from the bottom it is pretty rough. Maybe I will try my first acetone treatment tomorrow on it. Still I think it is cute

Re: Day 2- Little Defiant

OK, I don't know why the boards didn't like the STL so I just threw it up somewhere. I am not how sure the Defiant is practical to print but I found it in a different format on some website and couldn't resist trying.

you can also try Kissclicer support. it is less agressive (and better) than slic3r one

Re: Day 2- Little Defiant

I may try that or try split it in half and try printing it in another direction.
