Topic: Dup2.0 USB Trouble after flash

Hello, I received a DaVinciDuo2.0 as a gift and wanted to flash it with the Repetier software so that I can also process normal filaments.
So far so good.
I followed the instructions to upgrade the printer to Repetier-Firmware-0.92 based for Da Vinci printer.
So reset via J37 and so on.
But after finish an the reset the Printer, my Windows computer no longer recognizes this COM port and I get the error ‘unknown device’.
Is this a known error, who can help?
