Topic: Need help on my creality ender 3 v2 neo

Hello, I've been printing for 8 months now and i ran into this problem when after this, the filament not going extruding through the extruder, like i tried to clean the clear tube that they used to guide the fillament to the extruder, push the small rod through the bottom of the nozzle and put the big one out through the nozzle to clean it out and i pushed it all the way and replaced the nozzle, and i pushed the filament all the way and still not extruding when printing. the printer im using is an Ender 3 V2 Neo, i had this printed working before it stopped extruding. Can someone please help me with this problem.

Hello, first you have to check if the head is heating, may be a broken heater
then the Thermistor that control's the heater could be faulty.

Hey! Could you share a bit more about the issue you're having with your Ender 3 V2 Neo? In the meantime, the official Creality Software might help if it’s a firmware or slicer issue. For more details, visit official website https://crealityslicer.com/

The stock plastic extruder arm on Ender 3s is notorious for developing cracks, often underneath where it's hard to see. This reduces the tension on the filament, so the gear can't grip it properly to push it. Carefully remove the extruder arm and inspect it thoroughly for any cracks. If it's cracked, replace it. An all-metal extruder upgrade is a very common and recommended fix for this.
