Topic: My printer is stuck at the initializing please wait screen.

After the firmware update, it was on 1.4.2 and I upgraded it to 1.42. Can anyone help me?
I have a Davinci Pro 1.0. dvF1W0A000[daVinci 1.0 Pro]
I used this firmware to upgrade.

I managed to update it and put it in version 1.4.1 but it has an error 0052 which recommends upgrading and contacting support, can anyone help me?
